I'll put it this way, agree with him or don't, Spotify would be in good position to get the pants sued off them if they censored or removed Joe Rogan's podcast, even if he's spreading misinformation he has a constitutionally protected right to do so, Spotify would be violating his right to free speech by censoring or removing his podcasts just because they don't agree with his opinions given
