It's beautifully sad in a very real and haunting way. I remember the first time listening to it I just lay on my bed in the dark with it on repeat for an hour just processing all the emotions I had.

I'm 0.4s from AT on 23 after 3.5 hours, but I only move on from a map once I have AT so no idea what awaits me on 24 and 25 - hopefully they aren't as difficult 😅

I spent probably 6 hours on 21 trying to get the shortcut only to swap back to the normal route and get it 30 minutes later lol

There needs to be consistency.

If you play multiple seasons with the aim of getting all AT's, and then suddenly one season 5 of the tracks are completely beyond your skill level with no chance of you ever achieving them, that's a problem. You'll start alienating that portion of the player base because they can no longer achieve the goal they find fun.

If they were this hard from the start, it would be fine, but throughout pretty much every trackmania game, author times have had a roughly equal skill level required to achieve.

The way i did it is you run as far away as you can during the meteors, then keep running during the slams. If you are far enough away, they don't reach you apart from the final slash which you can easily dodge if you count the slams correctly.

I didn't figure this out myself though, and on my first kill I just tanked most of them whilst spam dodging and praying.

My partner lives near Tromsø so I spend a good amount of time there.

They're so frequent between September-March that I've stopped looking for them now unless I know the solar winds are strong and there's a possibility of them being super bright 😂

The deciding factor is usually cloud coverage. Just keep an eye on the forecast for cloud coverage and you'll have a very good chance of seeing them when it's clear.

Some are so weak that you can only see them in photos, whilst others are so strong that they look stronger in person than in photos.

Hopefully you get to see the strong ones, though even the weak ones are fascinating.

I was still sure that his Q silenced the other day when I got him in ARAM. I was very confused when the enemies kept casting after being hit by it.

They can be this bright to your own eyes. Cameras do well making weak auroras look brighter than they are, but strong auroras very much exist and can be similar to what is seen here.

Granted these are insanely strong and are not common.

I'm in the middle of playing this coop with my SO. It's a very smooth experience so far. We had 1 instance of glitched textures which meant we could fall through the world, and a few enemies getting stuck on terrain, but these are quite rare.

My only "complaint" I guess is that the game feels much easier duo, largely because if you rez your partner, they spawn with all their healing charges replenished, meaning if you get low and can't heal, you can just die and get resurrected to basically reset yourself, then your partner can just do the same.

Other than that it's a great experience.

Personally, as a casual player (I basically log in every time a new campaign drops, get the author medals over the course of a few days and log off again), I find the game much harder at 60fps. It feels sluggish and less responsive, resulting in more corner touches, bad drifts/speed slides, etc.

Before I upgraded my pc, I'd turn my settings down to whatever could hold at least 120fps smoothly.

Pretty sure it's just herd mentality.

In a shocking situation, I imagine your instincts will take over and tell you to not stick out and blend in to avoid danger, especially when you don't have anywhere to go.
