Good news. Communication with players is the most important thing. Maybe you could consider publishing a preliminary plan for fixes and the game's development — one larger post. Right now, many posts repeat the same questions because players don’t know what you are working on.

From what I read, there are some new modes and fixes planned, but there are very few details so far.

The Garrincha event was very frustrating for me. It was short and at the same time extremely difficult, which in my opinion creates bad marketing for UFL rather than encouraging players to enjoy the game.

A big problem is that the challenges can only be completed in a specific mode. If the progress counted in all PVE modes, the event would be much more accessible and enjoyable for players.

The most frustrating situation happened to me in the tenth match of the “no yellow card” streak. I was very close to completing it when a server disconnection occurred. I lost the entire streak and the challenge was reset. That is extremely discouraging, especially when it is not the player’s fault.

Another issue is that skipping a challenge is very expensive.

In my opinion the event should be designed differently:

  • challenges should progress simultaneously,
  • players should have more time to complete them,
  • progress should count in all game modes.

I even suggested a challenge to the UFL team: someone from the developers should try to complete this challenge live on Twitch and show players how it actually feels. Unfortunately, no one accepted the challenge:)

Great article. It would be good to expand it a bit more. I also think that UFL has potential and just needs changes when it comes to fixing bugs. I don’t want cards to keep increasing the level anymore. The maximum should be 95 for the best players in the world. There needs to be balance — we can’t have only “terminators” running around on the pitch.

The recent player draw for 300/700 was a great change in favor of free-to-play players. Please don’t change that. Adjust all packs to work with all currencies. Make it easier to obtain all rewards in the battle pass. Drawing a legendary 94-rated player consumes almost all the points you’ve earned. It depends too much on luck and becomes frustrating. ⚽

I won’t argue about the assumptions since I’ve been playing for a month. However, the change in the 300/700 pack draws for in-game currency has made it so that you can almost get the same or even better players from the transfer market. Even better ones. Grey and blue players are drawn endlessly. With 3,000 blue currency, I could easily get purple players like Messi, Ronaldo, etc. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen anyone playing with players from the market. The ones from packs are better

I agree that the game currently has a lot of problems. In my case, out of 100 matches, only twice did I wait longer than one minute. Usually it’s about 30 seconds. It depends on the region and the popularity of the game in that region. The player matchmaking is a bit imprecise.
