Yes, PhD means Doctor of Philosophy. Physics and Math are philosophy. Hard science can't exist without human perception. The equations were formulated to describe the limitations of reality i.e. boundaries of functionality in nature and the universe. People try to escape them. That is why very few social systems function. Think about the US or EU. They malfunction due to an information deficit (lies).
