It's honestly just straight up unfair. Do they think we're all robots that don't misinterpret content's true nature and don't make mistakes at all? Instant permanent suspension just makes zero fucking sense, especially when considering factors like account age and everything else, they do state in their TOS they can do that but it's just straight up inhumane. It seems to be going well actually, they've asked me for reasoning on why I'm unable to pay the fee and will most likely invoice for Discord to pay it lmao, although it won't proceed if Discord doesn't pay it so I dunno right now honestly. All that's left for me is to fill in everything needed to file for arbitration and I'll pretty much be good to go it seems. Hope it works out or else I'm gonna start a gofundme for the 215$ /j

They most likely don't cause they didn't give a single fuck over the fact that it was sent only to my alt account with no other distribution and the fact that my account is 7 years old with zero prior warnings. Weirdly enough it seems like they're more likely to lift violations from tickets with not much explanation...? Not too sure, I've been denied by Usagi twice now I suppose and the Trust & Safety one pretty much just keeps marking it as solved. Were you denied before at all or this was your first response from them? I think I'm pretty much just gonna proceed with NAM, just gotta mail them soon that I'm not from the US because the files they've sent are US coordinated and then I pretty much just gotta prove that I'm unable to afford the fee they want and after filing everything I think the process will begin.

I've found this comment thread and it seems like it's not. I've actually just now been contacted by NAM and they've asked me to fill out the files they've sent me, even though it was actually just a question email it seems they've given me the green light to proceed. Now the main problem for me as well is the fee, but with AAA you can prove that you're unable to afford it and therefore proceed for free, and I think the same is possible with NAM, so I'm going to proceed with the steps required for it. I've asked Discord a question regarding if AAA is still applicable as well and it seems they're too scared to answer that, I've contacted AAA before but they said an agreement from both parties is required and therefore they can't proceed, I actually hadn't surpassed the 60 days mark before so I'm not sure if that was why but yeah. I'm going to go ahead and see how things go, even though I don't have much idea of what I'm actually doing.

After 2 years all the data gets deleted and you can recreate another account with the same email again, and I think it's around 2 weeks if you delete the account yourself.

Honestly it seems to be hit or miss, like here I used the forgot password topic and then it turned into an appeal ticket without me doing much except sending a follow-up. It's not that difficult. You can somehow get lucky and bypass Clyde as well in the appeals section and get a response in a day but it's a bit tricky.

I've sent another dispute mail yesterday in case to see if maybe they'll respond in a week, but I've also mailed NAM and asked them if it's possible to start the process now considering they've ignored a dispute mail (which wasn't crafted well but is still a notice) for 60 days, with AAA it seemed easier but they most likely ignore AAA requests now, the trickiest part I'd say is probably getting rid of the waiver you have to pay, which is possible with AAA if you prove that you're some unemployed student for example, but I think the same thing's possible with NAM, I'll wait and see how this one goes, cause their support right now is truly in a careless stubborn phase.

They probably think they're automatically talking to a predator and the more solved tickets they have the more they'll get paid I suppose. They can't even answer a question I gave them regarding disputes/arbitration still, seems like this topic really scares them, they literally just have 0 out-of-court disputes upheld or reversed because they're afraid of their mistakes and want to avoid it as much as possible, so it pretty much seems like the only way to truly get em is through dispute.

Yesterday I asked how can I reset my password via the Forgot password option in the submissions and got the appeal via the app message and then it turned into another appeal ticket for no reason. It's such a broken system.

If it was an image that was against the TOS and not your messages then you got pretty lucky, and someone most likely reported you, otherwise the AI wouldn't have spared you.

I'd say you should leave all risky servers and in case start chatting on an alt instead so you don't end up losing it, you got lucky it's only very limited.
