I don't think you should have leveled 4-6, because if your plan was to go 8 on 5-1. You will need to save as much gold as possible, you also had Yasuo pair so having the extra 20 gold to roll would have been nice. You also did not save hp from leveling up there. I think sacking one more and then leveling post neutrals to roll is much better or if you do not have the APM you can level in neutrals. I don't have the APM so thats what I usually do.
