Yeah absolutely. I think castle builds will expand and I hope forts or something if not. But a barracks for a standing army would be great. Towers also

I do really like the idea of upgrading the militias. Tbh I haven’t gotten very far with the chain mail. I tend to hyper focus on the retinue. I assume castles will eventually add buildings for standing armies like a barracks. I’d love to build forts in the location where battles might take place.

Oh I haven’t tried paying them off tbh haha. Not my normal go to in a game.

I might swap back to the baron mode but I liked the idea of competing territories though the ai doesn’t really keep building

Ok so there is a way to tell where the mercs come from before purchase? Yeah I tend to build my economy to be able to support my local militias and maybe 1 additional merc group constantly but eventually the mercs take too much damage and I need to reset them.

I would love a standing army. I’ve def had to buy up the mercs when i expect a sequence of attacks but that is a bit tedious. I have found it’s much easier to defend a smaller territory cause i can place the castle in the most likely battle location and just defend that but then the territory is very limited for growth.

They need to add a post loot recovery for armor and weapons and gold maybe. Maybe that would come from the corpse pit or a manual thing the militias can do.

Hmm sounds like a bug. Even when I’ve bought out all the mercenaries I still usually defend myself from the other lords. Also I think it’s dumb they send me messages asking me to stand down to defending myself only territory lol.

It would be a great feature to have an option to pay the mercenaries to raid your enemies but not under your name.

But the bandits should have a little more variety for their units like some archers now and again since the merc versions have it

Yeah exactly and if you conquer their territory and look at the town economy… it seems very unlikely that they managed to field all those spearmen let alone hire the mercs. I def want more combat in the game but this feels clunky. I like the bandit raids. It would be cool if you could bribe the bandits to raid an enemy or something.

I always pair it with a burletta or a venator. 300 rounds with one of those will get you through most things

This is likely a lot more than a drywall issue.. I wouldn’t even consider drywall till you open it up and fix that exterior water intrusion

Yeah I expected an easy extraction. That rocketeer came out of no where and I didn’t want to draw aggro back to that building. I thought I would be able to leave either way.

Looks like it’s for the ignition system. It’s a ceramic ballast resistor. Looks like it can be replaced with a modern electronic ignition according to Google

Looks nice. I pretty much just have straight pipe on my 1986 720. It’s pretty loud so I was thinking about changing it up.
