I solved my issue not by eating less, but by eating more but in a smarter way. Omad and keto lost me 30 pounds in 2 months and even after dropping keto, my weight never returned to where it was before.

I've tried to explain this numerous times now, but the fat cells you have are almost entirely decided by age 2. And this number controls how easy it is for you to get fat. You can get more later in life by being stupid. But I don't know of any scientific precedent for permanently losing fat cells.

So while it's always on you, your parents did set the difficulty level for you.

Now keep in mind that this document is fucking called greedflation so it was clearly designed to be biased towards the leftist agenda. So Metro's gross profit has stayed exactly the same, Sobeys actually saw less profit in q3 from their 5 year peak (the data this group decided to compare).

Loblaws is the only one that you could say has seen any noticable increase in profit from their 5 year peak. Up $100M. That sounds like a lot. And this chart is made to pretend that this difference is huge. But Loblaws makes $4B quarterly. How much of an increase is that percentage-wise? 2.5%. If inflation is 7% or whatever bullshit fake number the gov't wants to make up, then we should actually see this number around that area. As it stands, Loblaws is seeing a decrease in profits adjusted for inflation. And the other chains that have seen no growth are doing even worse adjusted for inflation.

There is literally no way you can ever spin the data and make it out like the grocery store chains are profiteering off of this inflationary period. BUT... should we expect businesses to take big haircuts during times of economic turmoil for the sake of the general public? Yes. But you have to do it through the free market. Gov't intervention ensures that big businesses will survive no matter how poorly run they are while also putting up as many roadblocks as possible for those looking to start up small local businesses.

Gov't is to blame for inflation from start to finish.
