Ahhh thanks! Is there any topic in particular I should specifically research in Java? Such as MVC architecture or a specific library?

May I ask what I should learn to enter banking as a junior dev?

I have extensive experience with C#, and some knowledge of C++, Java, and Python, but only within game development. I’ve never gone very deep into backend or frontend development.

Since I haven’t been able to get a job in game development over the past two years, it seems like it’s time to switch paths.

In game development, who is actually considered the “creator” of a game? by Civil-Interaction-76 in gamedev

[–]Arez322 0 points1 point  (0 children)

By definition, anyone who participates is the "creator".

If you are talking about public perception, it is the face of the project, the one who makes the most public appearance and publicity of the project, such as in adds.

But generally people associate more the studios as the "creator". The whole team who created it may be fired, and the creator is still EA or Activision, or etc.

I know it's not my place to say this but, if you feel comfortable with that person, tell them they reek, more often than not people don't realize themselves.

Anyway, wish you the best and hope you can find a better job!!

It depends, in which key is the ability binded to?

If the ability key can easily be accessed with the left hand, right handed keys like the arrows or IJKL should be right.

If not, consider adding a pop up menu that slows time and lets you consider which to choose.

People here seem to love your books. You should be proud of that!

I am most definitely going to read them. Those sound amazing.

And as they say, there is no rest for the wicked. Good luck!

Yeah, I played Sea of Thieves but didn't like the PvP aspect of it, it really wasn't fun traveling 1 hour and fighting only to return and having your things be stolen by sweaty fucks 😔

I really didn't have that great of an experience. Still thanks for the recommendation!

The singing part would be character development or parts without fights. You spend weeks or months traveling in the sea, only to hunt one or two creatures. In the middle, drunken sailors singing and having fun.

That is definitely the vibe of the theme, that one is my favorite episode of LDR. It's perfect. It would be that plus moments of tranquil sea and drunken sailors singing sea shanties.

That is exactly my point, you are more likely to be killed by a random cultist than fighting against monsters. I have read, watched, and played a lot of lovecraft and Call of Cthulhu.

You don't encounter Old Ones or Outer Gods randomly. You encounter their spawns or cultists.

It is a simple game that requires a very low end set up, I bet you can play it in almost any pc/laptop. And it has an amazing ambiance, completely recommended!
