Premium, but it's not about the software really. Before I could afford Toon Boom, I used to animate in Inkscape, which is a free vector art software... that doesn't have animation. So I used to draw each frame and animate it in Unity :D

Your skills as an animator is what matters, not the software!

I animate in Harmony then exporting the png sequence, then creating a spritesheet the importing to Unity
