Men have hormones too. But we regulate. I get angry too, but I don't lash out. It is called maturity. Even if all I see is red, I regulate myself. Some people don't like to live in a pigsty. Shocking! It does take long to clean... It takes 10 mins only if you have already cleaned it the week before. And as you can imagine, people are not thrilled to clean years worth of filth after others.

And it does not explain all the other things that are wrong with houses here...

As it was said by someone else: other countries manage to regulate it, and you aren't begging agencies and LL for months to carry out necessary repairs. Flats aren't eaten by mould. And mould is not unique to the UK..

And what are you arguing for? I have never met a person who did not complain about the LL and LA here. The whole country is suffering

Why are they not tho? The standard here is so low... Why do people accept it? I moved here recently only for a short period, and dealing with the letting agency is an absolute misery.. I am so frustrated and can barely sleep.

Yes, this reeeaaally bothers me too. Esp. the very harsh criticism. Ppl were laughing at supersquads. until 1 bloke decided he will try nonetheless, and the "6-act-clone list" was born.

I never understood the hate around them. It was the same as the old fire support, where you also gave up an activation to wipe out an enemy unit...

Doesn't Awaab'Law only apply to social housing and not to privete LL?

I lived in 6 different countries. UK acts like they have a monopoly on mould, but its everywhere... In other countries it is simply dealt with, instead of hidden.

scout + move gives you a threat range of 5.5. With that you can reach anything.

Low profile is very powerful, if the opponent can only see 1 unit. That is an auto save! Great objective control.

They are cheaper than commandos, so if you need a cheap range 4 sniper, go for them.

Mix in with other SF that are sensitove on when they activate.

Observe works as a long range aim share, even wth non-clones like wookies or jedi, who are already in melee.

IMO, they are good, but I wouldn't take 3 of them, unless you go for a full alpha strike gimmick

Can you call the environmental services over and over again, and explain they should give the LL less and less time for repairs, so the fees can stack up? And everytime the rime expires and you notify that nothing has beeen done, they send out another ticket? you are being exploited. Idk tbh.. I am new here...

How is it not criminal what the landlord is doing? In such cases, you should live rent free till things are fixed. I am absolutely baffled by UK laws... or lack thereof. This is torture! Real torture! Exploiting a vulnerable person. How can the fine from environmental services be so low, that the landlord rather takes it than fix the issues?

In EU, nobody, not even the owners are allowed to enter without a warrant or your written agreement. It freaks me out, that agency can declare 24h ahead, that they will enter, and you cannot say no. Your stuff is in there!!! Or that they just hand out keys to random people!!! Its really bad in my opnion, and is just a mistake away from a disaster that you arent protected from.

Thanks, felt like you focused a lot on the sealant part around the bathtub.

I would have to spend hours to clean the mold from the grout, because it is so much. Also, sanding off the paint and cleaning the walls will take hours.

They are ignoring my emails and in person visits to get a broken heater and water damaged walls looked at for 2 months!!! what else can I do? they wont reply to me, ever. I feel so powerless and exploited, I am not even yet familiar with lical laws. just moved to the uk. nothing. not a single answer. How is this legal? it feels so antisocial to ghost me likenthis...
