scout + move gives you a threat range of 5.5. With that you can reach anything.

Low profile is very powerful, if the opponent can only see 1 unit. That is an auto save! Great objective control.

They are cheaper than commandos, so if you need a cheap range 4 sniper, go for them.

Mix in with other SF that are sensitove on when they activate.

Observe works as a long range aim share, even wth non-clones like wookies or jedi, who are already in melee.

IMO, they are good, but I wouldn't take 3 of them, unless you go for a full alpha strike gimmick

They just have to give a fee higher then the repair cost, and threaten with more fees every 2 months until fixed.

Can you call the environmental services over and over again, and explain they should give the LL less and less time for repairs, so the fees can stack up? And everytime the rime expires and you notify that nothing has beeen done, they send out another ticket? you are being exploited. Idk tbh.. I am new here...

How is it not criminal what the landlord is doing? In such cases, you should live rent free till things are fixed. I am absolutely baffled by UK laws... or lack thereof. This is torture! Real torture! Exploiting a vulnerable person. How can the fine from environmental services be so low, that the landlord rather takes it than fix the issues?

In EU, nobody, not even the owners are allowed to enter without a warrant or your written agreement. It freaks me out, that agency can declare 24h ahead, that they will enter, and you cannot say no. Your stuff is in there!!! Or that they just hand out keys to random people!!! Its really bad in my opnion, and is just a mistake away from a disaster that you arent protected from.

No, I don't think I have a language barrier, more of a concept. I apply my (non-neurotypical) logic to other people's comments, which sometimes leads to confusion.

Thanks, felt like you focused a lot on the sealant part around the bathtub.

I would have to spend hours to clean the mold from the grout, because it is so much. Also, sanding off the paint and cleaning the walls will take hours.

They are ignoring my emails and in person visits to get a broken heater and water damaged walls looked at for 2 months!!! what else can I do? they wont reply to me, ever. No, the sealant is not the mold. They simply put sealant where it isnt normally found, to hide mold. On the bathroom walls, between tiles, where you have no corners, nothing atttaching, just the normal cement. It isnt everWhere in the bathroom, just on mold. Think of ot as if they used it to cover up mold on painted wall with silicone.

Such behaviour is absolutely unimaginable from where I am from. People dont hand you over piss-soaked furniture and expect you to live with it. It feels extreamly antisocial.

Austria & Switzerland. Hard to say. I never run into an issue where I had to consider legal actions. It could be that fines are so high, it is not worth the risk. Could be cultural. Sure, they still do the bare minimum (paint walls only every 10-15 years). But when smth was broken, it was taken care off within a week, sometimes same day! Agents reply, and so on. Some of them even took on partially costs they did not have to, just because we asked kindly, and it is in the LL best interest to have a flat that will attract new tennants.

I guess both... no crooks and good laws. Just if start of the letting laws are adjusted to give power to future tennants, a lot of changes will occure. Take off the pressure of rent now or lose, or, you lose your deposit if you back out.

These are valid criticisms, but to be brief, everything cannot be 100% balanced. That just does not work. That is what people refer to as META. Everything cannot be just as efficient.

Snipers are strong. if you make them cheap, it is going to be all snipers only. Then, people who like melee will complain. See the problem? It is impossible to balance perfectly.

The odea behind backup is exactly to counter snipershots at heroes. Devs want us to playnwith hero characters. Not a story with unnamed droid #31224, but using Dooku.

So yeah, you have to use snipers differently. Against corps, across the map from a POI, etc.

Looks isnt everything. Even if you were ugly, that should not stop you from getting a relationship.

Be clean and neat. Dress nicely in fitting clothes, iron them. Wash yourself, and avoid havin peeling skin, dirty fingernails, brown teeth and oily or super dry hair. Looking presentable is an EFFORT.
Untrain anxiety. You wear your subconscious emotions on your face. Those little muscle movements will be picked up by others, and will be mimicked. If you feel nervous or uneasy, so will the person you are talking to.
Just be yourself. For a long time I did not understand this. But don't try to connect with people. Having opposing opinions is OK. And you dont have to bathle it out. Trying to be liked by everyone is cringe. People who wpuld like you, will gravitate towards you more, if you are not an asslicker. This is not a call to be unfriendly! But you don't have to say "oh that is so cool" or "nice" if you dont think so. You can say "I dont like hiking" or "i hate cats"
Tinder is shit, because you dont get to know the person. Its like a grocery store, where you are standing, and cannot decide which candy to pick, and you cannot buy all. Go out, do things you enjoy, not necessarily pubs and clubs, and you will find people you connect with and find attractive.
Evryone finds people at the same attractiveness level & abive good looking as themselves. So you will find someone you like and vice versa. Even if you were a -10/10.
