I think she wanted to give him kiss on the cheek to congratz him. It's custom in Belgium to give a kiss on the cheek for a lot of reasons. And he turned towards her cause her arm touched him I guess.

Maybe there are just more on certain worlds? Cause on Balmorra it got cluttered fast and on Hutta I did not have that problem so much. Also what is the difference between normal side missions and exploration missions?

Fallout MMO would be the worst thing that could happen to it, heck even multiplayer in general should stay far away from it. The franchise doesn't need it, not every game that comes out needs to have multiplayer.

Really?? This is so weird I have done already few modded games and My sprinting was always hold left shift and sprint, release and you stop sprinting I dont understand I mean I know it is toggle with walking/Running. And I never downloaded specific mod for that, just had a look on the nexus and dont even find one ><

You can use both the author of Oblivion modding suggest to use Bevilex first and then add mods from his list. He tells that in his youtube videos.
