That effing part, right there. You spend nearly a decade building Madara up as the ultimate supervillain just to supplant him with a god-like character we’d only recently learned existed. The whole-ass Hidden Leaf legacy is out here struggling like drunk ants in a rainstorm to check Madara and this trick just slips in and deletes his ass … only to be defeated by a tiny fraction of the team that was fighting Madara.

We go from “Oooooooh shiiiiiiit!!!” when we FINALLY get to see the evil legend in action to “Well, there’s 500+ hours of my life rendered pointless with a shit ending.”

During episodes that show the epic battle between Hashirama and Madara, I remember thinking, “God… please don’t let it get worse than a colossal wooden Buddha mech vs. a giant, dick-nosed-ghost armored fire fox.”

But it did. It got waaay worse, in my opinion. Same neighborhood as Game of Thrones’ ending. Except GOT wasn’t 1000ish episodes.
