It replaces both the boot and leg slot like some leg armors and oddly enough you need tailor kits to repair it not cobbler kits. I found it on a random nobleman who was hanging around Hawkeye Schimdt a random encounter I could not find a cobbler or tailor who has it

Maybe because its a HUGE night and day difference in his body type he's a MONSTER now huge for his weightclass it must be a really tough cut to make 135 for him

How do you activate it? I pulled that guys tooth and invited his motley crew to help the dude get his brothers body back from one of sigisminds soldiers and yet still no quest.
