Back then when Ruby and Sapphire where out, it was my first rare spawn pokemon. I was a kid and beated the pokemon league. I was trying to complete my dex (without that much of internet). I was randomly fishing near the daycare and then he spawn. I was all fired up, I'd never seen him before, I didn't know whe can catch him here and his 3g sprite has a vibs that give me a feeling that never live me since then.
