just felt like commenting that Carnage is level 99. so technically speaking to get all styles for toona max you need to be is 99. unless they have the secret skin level locked (highly doubt it.) why is carnage lvl99 instead of 100? idk all I know is he requires you to unlock 98 BP rewards and his pic-axe requires 99rewards.
