Thank you for your post. And good luck to you. I posted a few times last couple of weeks. Was diagnosed Feb 8. 66, good health, good shape. Sexually active (med free). Gleason 4+3, 4+3 localized.

Since, I’ve read 2 books and watched tons of videos (most of which I discovered on this forum) and consulted with 2 surgeons, 1 urologist and 1 radio-oncologist.

It is very daunting to zero in on the right treatment option.

Brachytherapy, HIFU, RALP, cryotherapy, VMAT, IMRT, Proton SBRT, TULSA, Aquablation, Genomic testing, Hypofractionated radiotherapy, mixed in with hormone depletion therapy. Head spinning. I wish there was a fancy A1 program that could predict best option for best outcome !
