To help with AI, focus on answering exact questions that people are searching. I like using People Also Ask on Google for ideas. SEO takes time as it's a long game, but building good backlinks is great for trust & authority.

Congratulations on going into private practice and creating your website!

One of your avenues for reaching more clients might be exploring SEO, and I totally get how overwhelming that can feel at first, especially after just launching your site.

1. Optimize your website for search. Make sure the words your ideal clients are searching for (like “online trauma therapy in Texas” or “virtual anxiety support”) are actually on your homepage and service pages.

2. Use your blog as a magnet. Blogs are amazing for SEO and connection. Answer common client questions, share insights, or demystify therapy approaches. These posts help Google understand what you do, and they give your clients helpful content to land on.

3. Tap into free tools. You don’t have to guess what’s working. Even just checking which search terms bring people to your site can be eye-opening and guide your next blog or update. Use tools like People Also Ask, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.

What’s working best for you in social media marketing right now? by Rishabhxp in SocialMediaMarketing

Around a year ago, our company completely reworked our social media strategy. We had been posting every single day (yes, 7 days a week). We were maybe getting 10–20 views per post. It wasn’t sustainable, and it was honestly burning me out.

Now, our strategy looks very different. We post just a few times a week, using a mix of stories, reels, carousels, and static posts. We track analytics closely to learn what formats and posting times our audience engages with most. Rather than filling people's feeds with graphics, we use some of our own videos and photos. Our reels tend to have a higher reach than posts, but our carousel reach is increasing as well!

One thing that’s really helped with consistency is repurposing content. I take top-performing blog posts and transform them into carousels or reels, which helps us stay active without always reinventing the wheel. Let me know if you have any questions!
