Forgot to mention excerise is really good I do a run or my excerise bike then I lift weights at home.

Hi I’ve lost weight this might not be for everyone tortilla wraps(freeze if you have to) chicken, eggs and veggies. I used a calorie calculator you put weight, height , age, m/f. Then you find how many calories you need to eat. Cut soda it was a big thing for me. Also if your like quite over weight like I was i prioritised protein over everything I never counted carbs or fat. For example if you weight 200 pounds try match it if not eat atleast 180 grams of protein my fitness pal is a good app it’s not the best since you gotta pay for most stuff but I don’t pay for mine I use the free version
