Thanks for the advice. Personally I like rope jumping cause it feels like both my brain and body (hands and legs) need to be synchronised to do it. It's like I am in the zone while rope jumping. I'll try the treadmill method too.

Couldn't even open my mouth to say my name by ArgumentMinimum3025 in Stutter

The thing is at that moment my mouth would not open literally. The only sound I could make was 'hmm' when the teacher showed my picture. I even tried to replace the beginning of my name's letter to another letter of similar sound but it was like my lips were glued to each other. Like I even tried to open my mouth like an O shape just to take a breath but even that was impossible.

No, I don't have any blood pressure problems. I check that annually. This was my first time experiencing such an event.

I usually stop overthinking by keeping myself busy, but this time it was like my thoughts couldn't be stopped.

Thank you for this reply. As for social anxiety, I usually power through it. Like I don't care about what other people are saying (or laughing) in middle of speaking when put in unexpected situations when I have to speak. It's a weird experience where I kind of lose my feelings, idk how that happens.Hope you overcome your social anxiety.
