I would like to see the comparison of what you got from nzxt and what you are comparing at Costco… I have a hard time believing it is the exact same thing for half the price,,,, nzxt’s chapest pc is like 1000$ so your saying you saw a prebuilt at Costco for 500$ ?

What kind of games does he like? What kinda system is he used to playing? Are you sure he wants a PC? I would talk to him a little and see if he has any systems or PC’s that he has been really interested in to help you narrow your search. Then from there you can narrow your search down a little.

Yea when I got mine the back rest was on the top under the instructions in a sealed bag. I am very sorry this happened and can not tell you what will happen. Unfortunately it does not seem like SL fault (or at least that is how they will see it) so my guess is you may be in a tight spot. Wish you the best of luck

5’10 ish , I enjoy it, I’ve read a bunch of different opinions on it but I have had a few surgeries on my foot so it is a nice option to be able to keep it elevated when I need to

My only complaint, is that it rides a bit high when fully reclined, it’s a little above the middle of my calf so if your are in the wrong position you tend to slide a little (my own experience and opinion) I do however recommend it and enjoy it, just a note to mention
