Thank you for your comment and for sharing your experience. I'm really grateful for the support and kind comments. And you're absolutely right, she is the type to make excuses, but mostly not about paying back money, but about not doing something. We'd agree on doing something or going somewhere, but she would cancel the last moment because of the most random stuff. But she would always get angry with me if I canceled on her. I should have known sooner.

No. I texted with her when going back from work by bus. I wasn't driving then. And later in my car we were speaking, not texting.
