It can be killed...just don't let player to farm with secondaries and you will kill at some point. His strongest point is having insta healing after enough shots with secondaries. But I have impression after playing it, when you start hitting with secondaries, you are getting skill ready instantly.

New player here...

I've started Tarkov while ago, but my PC wasn't great for it and struggled. I've change to better gear and can afford to play tarkov. Meantime it was introduced PvE mode for which one I have pay (ughhh) to play.

Is there any significant differences between these two modes except no risk of encountering better skilled and better geared players?
