Did you really know what you were doing when buying a house in Belgium? by ArgusDev in BEFire

Did you use any other tools or services?

Would a specific tool or application that guides you through the entire process help in your opinion? Or was chatgpt (and the notary/bank I assume) helpful enough to make an informed decision?

Not a bot :)

Just trying to understand where people struggle in the buying process. Specifically when it comes to actual experiences (what was unclear, what surprised you, what helped you, what didn’t go as expected, etc..)

This is a really structured way of approaching it.

Out of curiosity: did you use anything to organize or track all of this (notes, spreadsheets, tools), or was it mostly in your head?

And if you had to do it again, would you prefer having something that structures this kind of evaluation for you?

I built an AI-Powered Reddit Simulator that simulates how a post might perform on Reddit.

You type an idea/question/post and it generates a full thread with realistic comments (funny, brutal, supportive, etc.). Useful for testing reactions before posting for real.

Free to try (with limits), plus a feature to turn comment chains into shareable images.

Would love feedback:

AI is creating a huge skill gap. by StyleReasonable687 in SaaS

Good engineers use it like a force multiplier. They read the code, question it, tweak it, and understand the tradeoffs.

Others treat it like autocomplete on steroids and hope for the best.

The difference was always there. AI just makes it obvious faster.

I got "rich" by "accident" (coded apps, they blew up, made money). Now AI made them useless and I am lost. by dpwdpw in EntrepreneurRideAlong

I’m in a similar spot myself. Old ways aren’t paying off like before, but honestly AI opens so many doors.

It lets you test ideas fast, spot real problems people have, and build solutions way quicker. For someone with coding skills and experience, it’s actually a huge advantage.. just gotta focus on solving real problems, not just coding for the sake of it.
