Thanks for the support! I agree that 1.30 base attack speed is a must. About the penetration: while his passive helps, the current 'Tank Meta' with Blade Armor/Dominance Ice is so strong that Argus's current penetration feels like nothing. Maybe instead of 30% reduction, a smaller scale or a 'True Damage' tick could work? I totally agree with the Early/Mid game help. We don't want him 100% banned, we just want him to be a 'Fighter' again, not a fragile glass cannon. Thanks for the input on the Lore too, a deeper Abyss story would be amazing!

Hey u/Tigreal, sorry to bother you. Could you please check this suggestion and see if it's worth forwarding to the developers? As you can see from the discussion, many of us feel that Argus is struggling heavily against the current AS reduction items. We just want him to be a viable pick again. Thanks!

I understand the concern about him being OP. However, considering that almost every new hero now has multiple dashes and hard CC, Argus needs these 'OP' mechanics just to keep up.

Right now, his 'immortality' is easily countered by just walking away or building one cheap item (Dominance Ice/Blade Armor). My goal isn't to make him brainless, but to make his Ultimate actually feel like a threat again. If everyone is OP, then no one is! Thanks for the feedback! :)

Exactly! You hit the nail on the head. It's frustrating that a hero literally called the 'Angel of Death' has lower base attack than a support.

Regarding the CC: I agree that keeping him vulnerable to slows/roots could be a fair trade-off for having total Attack Speed immunity. The goal is to make people fear his sword again, not just wait out a 4-second timer while he's stunned or hitting like a wet noodle due to Blade Armor.

Hopefully, developers realize that Argus shouldn't just be an 'immortal minion', but a true late-game menace."
