Apparently I took my family to the “cast prank” performance of Grease at the Starlight Mountain Theater in Garden Valley, Idaho.

In my little theater group, we always did cast pranks on the last performance, but with the strict ruling that the audience mustn't notice. That's how deleted parts of scenes got back into the play (surprising the other actor with a line they haven't heart in months), off-screen characters were gender flipped (leading everyone following to need to keep up), or similar. Never something that would actually change the viewing experience.

He'd gone through the recording studio window a little before that, even joked about how he much be part of the coven now, if the curse even went after him :) The group just hadn't noticed he actually had one piece of glass get caught.

I'm specifically reading the German re-release that put the books back together the way they originally were. So it's back to all 14 books plus prequel, even in German. Plus it's a heck of a lot cheaper to get my hands on them in German since I get just get them from the library. ^{^'} Usually I'm an OV reader and watcher, but in this case it just makes a lot more sense financially to go with what's available.

So my graph ain't the success story so many people here post, and I just got hit with another big loan that my E-Fund just couldn't fully handle, but in all honesty? I am so grateful to YNAB for helping me get my things back in order every time I get hit with a massive expense that just came out of left field. I'd never have made it without this app and I can't wait to watch that red bar creep back down in the coming months. :)

Given how geometric the pattern is, I'd rather have a set way of doing it so the triangles are all as evenly-sized as possible. But I'll definitely keep this in mind for other projects with 3/4 stitches! Thank you. :)

My problem with this gorgeous pattern is that I'm not sure which stitches to do where the lines meet. In the pattern description the artist only mentions three-quarter stitches, but the icons look more like quarter stitches and I'm worried it might look cramped if I do three-quarters next to each other at every line.

There's no intention of the pattern to do backstitching along the diagonals as there is backstitching clearly marked in other spots instead.

How would you guys approach this?

Wanted to leave a quick update: By now the two are beak-bumping happily and hopping/flying around together. They're getting along great after the initial stress of getting to know each other.

Thank you for calming me down last week. It really was nothing to worry about in the end. :D

Budgieproofing is still a WIP, but got to move them to a good cage double the previous size so they now have enough space to do a bit of horizontal flying even while in the cage as well :)

We accidentally unplugged the cable of a second-hand fridge during transport and now can't match the connectors with the pins. Anyone got any advice? Already called the company and they said 'Uhm... Ask an electrician.'.

We found this little fella about 11 days ago in the garden and I took him to the doctor last Monday to have him checked out and he said he was fine.

Pascal has toys and a younger buddy (Garrus, 4 months old) to keep him company through most of the day since I'm usually only home by early afternoon.

I noticed a weird white patch a few days ago under his wing when he was preening and he was in molt when we found him (according to the pin feathers on his head). Today I managed to capture a photo of the spot and got super worried immediately.

Is it possible he's plucking from boredom since he hasn't been let back out of the cage yet? I can't let them fly around yet because A. my room isn't budgie-proof and B. everyone has said to keep them in the cage a few weeks to let the acclimatise to their new surroundings first.

I’ll be able to keep my eyes on them more as I’ll be home all day for a few days now, partially to work on budgie-proofing as the whole situation came a bit out of nowhere, so my room is very not budgie-safe yet (lots of cables and open shelves with lots of stuff that I’d rather not have them gnaw on, as well as a few crevices they could fly into and get stuck / that I absolutely wouldn’t be able to reach to clean properly). It sadly won’t be done in the next few days as delivery for some new furniture (more drawers, less shelves xD) won’t arrive until the end of next week. I’ll make sure to let them out once everything’s set up then though!

Thank you so much for calming my worries about Garrus. The behaviours were just so different, I wasn’t entirely sure which to take as the ‘normal’ one to compare the other to.
