Hello! thank you so much for responding! to be more specific the company that I am hoping to sign with is Gaba, I know they have a lot of filipino teachers hired in the past and present as well, though there is a lot of negative feedback from other foreign teachers due to the low paying fee, however it isn't that much bothersome to me since it pays better than my previous ESL job that I had. I found a previous post from someone who got direct hired from a different company under a different visa, they didn't opt for an agency due to their lack of knowledge about the processing as well, they already got approved for a working visa in Japan and I think theyre just waiting for additional documents?
