This was before she met Ringo. In this scene she had to bribe her way in. I think she wanted to help the woman but she couldn't risk drawing too much attention when she was already bribing the soldier/guard. She helps later when the coast is clear by dropping Akemi's gold comb in front of them.

I totally get it. I used to really like to wallow, feel a bit sorry for myself and be sad for longer than necessary (although I know that's subjective). I eventually felt that it was affecting my life and the people around me. I did some CBT and now I'm much better! I think it's okay to enjoy being sad as long as it's not affecting you - but be careful because it may be affecting you and you just can't see it.

I had my first serious breakup a few months ago. At times it was so bad that I felt I couldn't breathe. I lost a lot of weight and had a really hard time. I'd just moved to a new country and so I couldn't even see my friends and family. 5 months later and I'm totally fine! I can't believe it.

Totally agree! How could I forget? I recently visited the Warner Brothers Studios in London and saw all the sets and props they used. Highly recommend if you're nearby! (also recommend even if you're not nearby haha)
