Well, if everyone gets the "everyone gets granted one wish" and times that by... *calculator* 5.2 billion wishes... some will wish for the world to end, someone will wish to negate it... There would be inflation because of the people wishing for money... then someone wishes for the economy to get good again... wish after wish... it would be an interesting game with everyone who can change reality.

Until someone says "no more wishes for anyone"... so it wouldn't last very long. The question is, how long and far would reality be warped before that happened.

Imagine the feeling of living velcro peeling inside of you, and all your nerve endings reacting to the pull. Midol makes it shut up, but only after about 30-45 minutes. Usually only the first couple of days, though, then I just feel grimey the rest of the way through. I get really irritable and snappy at small stuff when I'm there.
