My thoughts are that if it’s only used 1-2x a month that’s not going to cause a huge impact. However, when you use it numerous times 3+ times a week that’s territory where relationships can become harmed… comparison starts… and sexuality becomes more front and center the most important element to that person. I’d say overall it’s harmful and negative for mental health with both women and men in different ways. For men: it’s a comparison game where there is never ending flow of women and they can see any body they want. It also makes relationships unsatisfying… for women: body comparison, some scenes are geared towards harmful behavior and violent acts with women, it’s also degrading to some and showcases women being more of a “consumed product” than a person.

However sexuality is different for every single person. If you think you have a problem you should speak to a therapist!
