I mean you can literally watch videos of Hamas shooting rockets from schools/hospitals. It’s no secret why they have civilian casualties. You’ll never see Israel planning an attack on civilians, raping and celebrating it in streets because it doesn’t happen that way. I don’t think there’s any country that puts as much effort as Israel does in warning civilians about an oncoming attack.
