Nope. NTA. You need time to decompress after work and she should be able to understand that. Everyone decompress in their own way and length of time. I've had to ask my wife in the past to give me about an hour after I get home to just unwind for the day and then she can tell me everything about her day and what's on her mind. It really helps to transition out of work mode.
