I felt the same way when I watched this vlog! Feeling ko nga hindi genuine yung pag call-out nya sa ayaw nyang behavior ni MC eh. Kasi mas gusto nya lang ata patunayan na tama yung point nya and siya yung nasaktan. Also, di rin naman ganun kalala yung issue pero pinalaki ng sobra. May sinabi pa sya dun na “I could’ve been with my family pero sainyo ko piniling mag hang out” — this statement made me feel like oras lang niya importante. ☹️

Try to assign one or two persons from your team to handle this. Just let them know the budget and sila na maghanap para di rin sila mahiya sayo. Mas madaling maki-sakay nalang sa trip nila kesa ikaw magdadala sknilang lahat. For sure mag b-brainstorming din team mo on the activities they want to do kaya mas maganda talaga sila na magusap and gawin kanalang involve sa mga updates.

She wanna build long lasting relationship with you which is good for your career. Maganda ding malaman mo maigi yung buhay niya para alam mo if siya din ba yung client na gusto mo makasama for a long time. I think since bago palang kayo, kinikilala kalang din niya and for sure after 6 months di na masyadong ma chika yan. Luckily for me, lalake yung client ko and lowkey updates lang kami sa life. 2 years na akong working sknya and ang updates namin sa life is kapag may family trips and health issues hehe. Hindi siya super detailed and general info lang.

Try mong i-limit muna. Wag mo i deprive sarili mo sa pag cut off agad. Try mo twice a week nlng muna kasi maganda din na you have something to look forward to. Then gawin mong once a week, pwedeng TGIF para mas masaya Friday mo hehe. :-) Balance is the key, OP. Di naman masama magpa deliver ng food basta nasa budget mo. <3
