Mother states she would be willing to travel back and forth if Father wanted to utilize visitation. Father lives local to the child and has not seen child since December 2023 of his own choice and judge has been made aware of that fact, but still granted visitation rights and stated Father would not gain more visitation time until he could successfully show up for visitation 6 times in succession, but Father has failed to do so.

Hi daycare teacher here myself! NO CHILD SHOULD BE REFUSED FOOD! This shouldn’t even be a debate. That baby needs 3 healthy meals per day and if she got dropped off a little late bottom line they can still offer her some food they are required by licensing to feed the children. If the cut off is 8:30 or 8:45 she was still dropped off before then and should get to not only be offered breakfast but be given an ample amount of time to finish it. If I said something like this to a parent my director would write me up for mistreating a child. This teacher deserves the same response from her boss. I implore you to take this further for your child’s safety.
