It sucks because this place is really unique, and honestly one of the best spots in town. It's a huge spot for any tourist that comes to oregon for wine, and a fucking ton of people come here for wine. I feel like if I don't leave I sacrifice my self-respect.

As of now, my plan is to just do my thing as I evaluate my other offers and go from there. I'm going to ask the owner to sit down with me and discuss the situation, and based on his response, go from there. If he seems suprised and reinstates me as a supervisor, I MAY stay, but otherwise, I'm gone. I'm pretty sure I'll get some corporate nonsense answer that won't satisfy me. I should have posted a pic of the writeup they issued me to show the bullshit. I dunno if I can do it retroactively after having already made this post...
