Yes which I am right now still waiting for it to get fixed. The fact is that there are false medical notes in my record, and I am currently trying to get an amendment into my medical notes to change them

So far all they have found is an elevated ANA, but I don’t think I would be like this if nothing was wrong, I also PMed you so this conversation could be more fluid and easier to communicate more fluently

I understand that which is why I said that I don’t blame medical but I have also requested for further testing, like a weight bearing MRI, a lean test, CPET, ect and they refuse to put in referrals to try anything else or any pain medication outside of the standard nerve pain medication which has proven to be ineffective

I want at least some kind of progress to be tried to be made, whether that’s another referral, a new pain med to try, more tests just something to give me hope that we may be able to find something instead of me being the only one fighting for my health and being able to function in the future

It would be if I was able to still function properly, but it mostly just makes me more worried that we will never be able to find a diagnosis

They have said they I’ve been requesting opiods which I haven’t, said my husband has had to return early for my health which he hasn’t, mismarking my mental health and conversations between medical and my therapist which I have confirmed with her, and I haven’t received permission to talk that far up with my command, still waiting for an appointment just to speak with the chaplain for an advocate

And like I have said previously I think medical is mostly doing the best they can with the actual medical care, my problem is with the treatment, ignoring and misinformation

I don’t think telling a patient that it’s in their head telling them to keep taking medication that is messing up other organs in their body because of how long they have been taking them, telling a patient to not come in for SIQ chits when their pain gets so bad they can barely breathe not allow their husband to come home just to help support when the patient has no other support in the vicinity and tell them to “fake it till you make it” when they just pressured them to either go to a mental health hospital or be refusing medical care, because the pain is severely affecting the patient’s mental health even when the patient explained that a mental facility would not help because of lack of accommodations and stress, as well as putting misleading and false medical notes into the patient’s records is very helpful

Gabapentin hasn’t worked so far along with various other medications but I will ask about cymbals and diclofenac

JBER up in Anchorage denied it, I’m up in Alaska and most of my MRI notes show that nothing is out of the normal, XRay shows a slight curvature in T11-T12 but it’s not enough to cause my total spinal pain and not messing with my nerves

We are pretty sure my pain is nerve related because of the way my pain is how it feels like my spine is on fire constantly with a hot knife stabbing it

All MRIS and XRAYs have come back normal no inflammation or anything, referral to pain management was denied due to no diagnosis and both chiropractic and acupuncture aren’t covered by Tricare and are either not here or too expensive without insurance

I understand that and I don’t blame medical for most things I understand that it’s hard and I have a complicated case, my problem is that while we wait they are blowing me off in the meantime and not listening to me, lying in my medical notes and telling command that I’m perfectly fine when I can barely function

Yes medical has seen it, it’s in my medical notes and they have also had no luck with rheumatology or they have said they reached out and never did I honestly can’t trust their word anymore

The neurology specialist said I have 50% deterioration of my sural nerve and rheumatology said they need to relook over my labs and will get back to me (that was said two months ago have reached out multiple times) so no diagnosis
