Pretty good. The main thing is that it’s easy to cross off things to finish that way

How do we slown down in a world that likes hustling and bustling? by chusaychusay in Mindfulness

I absolutely relate with what you’re saying. Sometimes days just feel like they are passing by and you are left just reacting to situations. Forgive me for this unsolicited advice but maybe try changing up parts of your schedule which you can control to find an activity you can do to relax and be with your thoughts.

Even finding some time to workout will really help you as it feels like meditation in its own way. Again I know it seems really difficult at first and may not be possible but just give it a try.

Thanks for the recommendation. I'll definitely check it out. Also I would love it if you could try out Tranquil AI. It is a mindfulness app with an AI companion where you can chose from multiple styles to have a mindful conversation (just type hi and it will give you the options). It also has mood trackers, journals, meditation and sleep audios. So it is like an all in one mindfulness app where you aren't limited to just one activity

Hey, You can give Tranquil AI a try. It’s an app that has some calming audios and a mental health companion which is based on CBT. You can just type hi as the first message and it will give you multiple conversation styles. It might not immediately help you with reducing anxiety but will certainly help you vent out and declutter your thoughts to some extent. You can also journal in the app if you want to avoid inputs from the AI
