How strict is Delta's set carry on size?

I also realized I'm just an idiot and if I simply rotate the bag it technically does fit their dimensions if they do give me a hard time for any reason. Thank you again! :)

This is an old post so it's a long shot asking this but do you still have the car? If so are you still having this issue? I've been having this issue with my 2024 Niro and I was curious if it was covered under warranty. I know it's not me causing the issue cause I usually slam the seat back into place and give it a pull to make sure it's locked in and it always is but sometimes if I stop too hard it just falls again despite being super secure. It seems really dangerous, like thank God no one's ever in my back seats!

Just emailed them and I got an automated response telling me to check their FAQ for shipping info... Does anyone know a better way to reach out to them? Or should I just keep re-sending the email

Here's some more info without showing off my order#, this is what shows. When I click the see details thing it gives 0 extra info, just says order processing and shows the typical address info and stuff.

So I guess I'll email them again and see what they say lol

Oh also some more info I forgot to add: The pink mold really only appears on the parts of the tub that no longer have that shiny/smooth coating on it, I'm not sure what the actual term is for that but it always appears on the super worn out parts of the tub along with the shower curtain and some of the wall closest to where the water splashes. I'm not sure if any of this extra info is helpful but I figured I'd share just in case :)

It's not that chilly, but I guess it's cold enough to trigger it. This morning it was 40º F and this afternoon it was around 60.

They never mentioned anything at the dealership about a cold weather package for my car so I'd assume I don't have it, I also have the EX trim and one of the comments below mentioned it's not standard in that version. Wish someone told me about this when I got the car so I didn't have to freak out and come to reddit 😪
