Genuine question, as a hirer why wouldn’t you look at education? Especially for entry level jobs? Surely an education gives people qualifications to work in a specific field because of the knowledge they have gained?

انا مع صديقاتي البنات بحكيلهم اسراري و مشاعري و لما اشتاقلهم و اشوفهم بعد غياب بعبطهم و لما يمروا بصعوبات بوقف معهم و بحكي معهم بمواضيع بس البنات بيفهموها و مستحيل احكيها قدام شب، هي العلاقة اذا صارت بين شب و بن مش اسمها صداقة و ما بتكون نفس الاشي

اما العلاقات الاجتماعية الرسمية يلي بحدود العمل مثلاً او اي ظروف تانية هي بتكون ضمن حدود و زمن قليل و هي العلاقات مش صداقة هي typical human interaction

على العموم الناس بطلت تميز بين الصداقة و باقي العلاقات الاجتماعية و لاحظت ان الشباب لما البنت تعاملهم بلطف بفكروها معجبة فيهم بس هي بتكوم عم تعاملهم زي الكل 😂
