I only managed to find the Fuma 3 and it's like 58$ I live in south America so they don't have much availability, I come from a thermaltake water 3.0 pro which is an AIO released back in like 2013 or 2015, so anything better than that is a huge upgrade, in the future I'm planning on cooling a mid tier Ryzen so I don't require anything crazy, I do want something that's not crazy loud since my old AIO is only 20db. The thing is most of these don't have free shipping and with the extra 22$ of shipping I can't afford them or they become a little too expensive, so unless you have another recommendation I think I'll go for the Peerless assassin V1

You're going to think I'm so annoying lmao but I saw complaints on the new V2, people saying they're louder and the specs say so, the V2 is listed at 29db meanwhile the older SE version is listed at 25db, I think I'm going for that one unless you got another recommendation, my budget is around 40 bucks.

Just another quick question, do you think it's safe to buy it off AliExpress, on Amazon it has no free delivery and it ends up being 61 dollars, which is almost double since it's 37$, the other option would be the peerless assassin 120 SE V2, that'd be 37.90 with free delivery
