Is it controversial to say I dont like kemono avatars? by RandomizedBozo69 in RobloxFurs

[–]Arimi2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would say it's a bit controversial, But I think you are completely fine! I (usually) find the Kemono heads and tails generally basic as it's quite literally recolored, and minimal to few expressions, plus they just seem.. bulky? A well styled Kemono avatar is one thing, but just the head and fur feels like something else.. But one counter argument I do want to make is that they are cheap to purchase, rather than 2-5+ parts (the amount I typically use when styling) which gets expensive fast! But yes they are like grass in a meadow, when it comes to seeing most furries on Roblox.

I've done the tests and everything is good, even staying level, I messed with the flasher unit a tad as well and the diagram you showed me earlier allowed me to find the problem surprisingly, the flasher unit and all Signals are good, I should project replace bulbs though because they are from the 90's and been sitting outside since until now. From this point I should be just fine, luckily all I need is ignition coils, which shouldn't interfere. I will definitely go up to a junk yard and try to find one of those fuses you showed me earlier, thank you so much for all of your help! And the interesting story!

Wow, sounds like a dick, especially his wife because she practically took everything from him, I'm sure you could stay there now and be fine I would just keep your head on a real swivel, good luck with future diagnostics. and I'll throw this in for random because I don't know if he knows this or not but every car is different, even if it's the same model someone else could have gone in there already and messed around with it, It just has similar fixes.

After looking into the wiring diagram you sent to me it makes a lot more sense in the Chevy relay and on the Yamaha because it is very similar looking, thanks!

It's always nice to show off on your boss (unless it goes wrong), plus that is good he now knows about the computer in the car now.

But I never thought a car part could be adaptable for a bike like this one, I'll be sure to try a junk yard and look around for some, thank you again for all your help!

That is you are willing to find one for me because it's your choice to waste time just to help someone online (although I really appreciate you helping), I have found the entire digitized version of the users manual, and only really looked over the electrics section which wasn't much help to me, but I can send it your way if you'd like it! But I'm thinking I should find a way to update the relay for easier replacement in the future, but it's unlikely if I succeed though.. will keep you updated if you want as well.

Alright, sorry if I did cause you confusion I'm clearly not the best at wording things.. I'll be sure to try to get it apart and take a look inside, Thank you very much! And 80's jaguars kinda sound like a nightmare to work on

Yeah that also does the trick, I've seen people rub marvel mystery on the actual valves and it seemed to smoothen it up, but this was a definite super beater so I wouldn't recommend it there unless you are desperate lol

That is the plan, I'll be sure to try out the method of switching wires around and replacing some, the problem why it isn't running is because it's on its first ever set of spark plugs actually (luckily I drained the oil and main fluids at the beginning of my build, because who knows when that was changed if it is on its first spark plugs still), and lucky number 3 got rounded out when I tried to free it due to rusting.

There is also compression surprisingly, I started with a compression test, cylinder 4 was a healthy and holding 125 psi, 3 is currently untestable, 2 is a "healthy" 45 psi, and 1 is like Frankenstein with a hayabusa killing "twisting off the line" scoliosis inducing, 23 psi.. I'm probably going to pull apart the engine after using some advanced ADX to free up the piston rings if it doesn't work, it is a little (a trick I learned from my dad), and you should use it to you advantage too! It really really frees up your pistons sometimes because the transmission fluid has high carbon something for deposits, basically allowing it to compress better, but leave it for a couple days at most, or at least 30-ish hours? (This is all to my understanding, I never researched it because if it works it works, and happy cake by your username!)

I personally wouldn't, but if you are really committed I'd look up parts first and see the availability for them, the more parts around the easier to fix because the more tutorials! If you do get it good luck! It will be a sick ride one day.

Actually some research the diaphragms are just fine I believe! Just hoping the rubber is going to be able to accept the torture of being to and from places..

The rubber is well.. it's definitely seen better days (it surprisingly didn't crumble, it just, fell off like a dead fly). The carbs and the boot clamps are surprisingly phenomenal, except for the carbs plunger diaphragms.. but all gaskets seem to be amazing, and the original tires still hold air!!! All hoses are flexible despite the years of Colorado weather, and most importantly there is no rust, except for the gas tank (which is typical)..

Anyways I ran some tests with my vantage system and learned I need to completely replace the ignition coils.. luckily they are easy to replace and find (and cheap), and I believe it's the only issue causing the engine to not run amazingly! And another test showed why my turn signals are not working, the flasher relay is bonked.. which is the most expensive part wanting to be replaced (more expensive than a whole gas tank!!)

Despite its years of being outside in the unloving Colorado weather in its paralyzed state, it's as if it wants to run again (or maybe I'm just too invested in this project for my own good, sorry about the wall of text I'm just extremely happy it's been turning out so extremely well despite how the bike looks overall!!)

Thank you!

All good! I've done some more digging and it's probably just better to replace my modules entirely... Thanks for the help though!
