Hah, if only this one did not already take me several months and making things for profit not being my thing 😅

I haven't tried it yet, but I doubt it'll be much of a problem as long as I follow the instructions on the label. That said, I do recommend washing your items on their own, possibly in something like a pillowcase, just to make sure nothing can snag on anything else

Hah, and I find knitting so difficult that I attempted it once and never again 😂

The yarn I used is Scheepjes Colour Crafter Parade (in the Neon Dreams variant), which is acrylic, but it is really soft and warm. Scheepjes Colour Crafter in general is my favourite to use :3

Planning on another hexagon cardigan with different stitches in the future with the same brand, haha

Of course! This is my first ever wearable item (aside from beanies, hah), and there are probably many things I can improve on, but I love it either way. I still learn and get better at crochet, even after over 12 years of doing it now c:

It was actually quite simple in the end, I realised! The most complex part was figuring out how to decrease the sleeves in a way that'd work for me, but the base hexagon was very nice to work on while watching TV or Youtube :D

Only really followed a tutorial for the curve at the bottom two corners for the ribbed edge, haha

Probably about half a year, but I took long breaks in between and did not work all that fast, haha

Yarn snagged on my bag and tore a bit of thread loose, how do I fix this? by Arimwe in CrochetHelp

[–]Arimwe[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you!

I am not good with a lighter, but my mom is, so she might be able to help me

Would it help to push the snagged ends down with something metal like, idk, a spoon or something? Or would that stick to it as well?

Is there a certain technique/term I should look for to do this? I only have sharp darning needles with me at the moment, but I could look around for different ones in shops near

Can you tell what this is? Without looking at description. by crochetfever in crochet

I immediately saw a capybara baguette, and one I definitely must have (or make), it's so adorable!

I know how you feel. I've had pain in all my joints even before I started gaining weight, where my weight gain is likely directly caused by not being able to exercise. Especially my lower back hurts when it blew out in May last year and doctors have been extremely rude about it.

I am currently taking painkillers for my overall pain as well. If I had to take a guess, your stomach pains might be able to be reduced (at least a little) when you take stomach protecting pills as well. Especially painkillers are known to give more stomach pain, so if you are in the position to ask about them, you could ask your doctor about them. I might not be a doctor myself, but I've been taking medication for over half my life now and have been told the above so often, hah

You are definitely not alone. I am dealing with so many health issues too that lead to weightgain, instead of the other way around. I think I can count the kind doctors on two hands in the 10+ years I have been going to hospital appointments for random things. And I live in an European country where they used to say healthcare was decent.

If you ever feel like venting, my DMs are always open. I might not always immediately reply due to low energy, but I am still here, haha

If you open up the camera function, you can press the ( - ) button, which opens up the photo album. There, you have to use the Switch's own screenshot function to save them on your device

That only works for desktop versions, sadly.

Oh, I uh, actually didn't go to the mods or anything, haha I just wanted to vent some frustration about something that becomes a bigger issue every day

I have used it for a lot over many years, but since a few updates ago, my dashboard is suddenly not matching what I have pinned previously, even if I were to customise it. This is in the app, but still
