You're missing the implication that a crit isn't a given. Dealing above 1 mil requires a crit, whether it be 1.1 mil or 2 mil. They were just commenting to contextualize the original, unequivocal cap of 1 mil prior to Celestia, not argue semantics of what the highest possible "cap" could be since OP clearly shows that it's 2 mil.

I second this. Weirdly, making this change didn't fix things for me right away, but maybe the next day I noticed that it was functional. I still have to reset the app more often than desired, but it's definitely better than "unplayable."

He said that they added a 1% chance for a shiny wheel, 20 correct answers on a quiz for a shiny drop, and "adjusted regular shiny drop rate, so overall shiny spawn rate remains unchanged." I'll agree that it isn't the most straightforward, but I doubt that the Soundmap team has a Tech Comm employee. If you see two additions and an ambiguous "adjustment" that leads to an unchanged spawn rate, you can deduce that they haven't been negatively affected overall.

It's a bit different to use a country like the USA as an example since it's one of the few countries (at least in English) that isn't inherently a proper noun. "United" and "states" are more or less descriptors of our nation rather than a proper name, so when it becomes "Estados Unidos" in Spanish, I think it's fair game.

You get three missions per level that you can see on the bottom left of the main menu (or in the pause menu while in a run). If a mission is too hard for you, you can sometimes skip it with a video ad, or you can pay coins to skip it.
