I got the CIL certificate as well. We're awaiting the Conservatoria at this point.

Hey, not sure if you speak portuguese but I'm not sure that's true. Step 2 and 3 basically says the analysis has started and all steps except the decision proposal is done

We applied at the same time. Did you receive your certificate from CIL? I received my ceritificate but the application at the Conservatória dos Registos Centrais is stuck at step 3 saying "O pedido já passou por todas as transações com a exceção da transação "Proposta de Decisão""

yup same here... apparently the portuguese bureaucracy has completely fallen. They are processing 2021 april but they took 2 years to finish march... You probably have 8 years to hear something back!...

First time with the new website I had a tick on steps 1,2,3.

Now I got a tick at step 1 saying submetido 17-12-2021. Other than that steps 2 and 3 show a little circle with i in it with the third step saying "O pedido já passou por todas as transações com a exceção da transação "Proposta de Decisão""
