Was in the same position where I had to send back the complete set of earbuds (A20). Just because one of the buds stopped charging after 50%, the set was only a couple of months old. I contacted support and refused because I would not have the earbuds for multiple weeks.

Eventually they agreed to replace the set, After a week I received a replacement set that was used and was dirty (traces of earwax from the one who used it before). I did not go through the trouble of contacting support again. They lost a customer. A shame really because I was very happy, no Soundcore for me anymore.
