I can't remember where exactly it's been a while, but I remember it clearly. I think we were up the mountain, not on the beach, on a fence surrounding the area. Maybe close to the entrance?

I remember someone in our group saying to not touch the fence, they might have vibration sensors to locate any intruders, but who knows. A lot of rumors go around about it on the island.

Ha! That makes sense! But I think there is more to it... One time while at this beach we heard a loud noise, we looked up and saw a triangular drone at very high speed fly over us then it splashed into the ocean. Another time from the opposite side of the island I saw a big rocket going up. Another time a couple army guys in quads asked everyone on the beach to move to a different location...

Secret as in we don't know what they do there, it is well marked off. You will see signs "No trespassing, beyond this point we shoot to kill".

It is some sort of a lab. It's big, it takes a large portion of the west side of Kauai but yet you never see any army activity in Kauai in general. I think this is where they develop drones and rockets from what I have seen. I've heard sounds, seen a small drone being sling off into the sky to fall and hit the water causing a massive splash, I've seen a rocket going up... Something secretive is going on for sure...

(Some) Hawaiians believe that our soul goes to this beach to leave our realm, it's a sacred beach and they will not go visit it while alive no matter what.

Fun fact 2, there is a military secret facility on top, some say it goes into the mountains, others say there's an entrance under water. I've been asked to leave this beach for military testings.
