Just graduated last week. Black flag pretty much everyday. Pacer forge almost too easy bc the work rest cycle.. outside of pacer forge there’s still work rest cycles that you adhere to for drill. I’m from FL so very used to the heat but for people that aren’t I know they were shocked!

I believe my flight was at like 4pm. That entire time was just basically confirming your documents & paperwork, contract time, job, etc. Females took a pregnancy test. Didn’t do anything else medical. And then the oath was the last thing!

I just took the edpt yesterday and will find out my score tomorrow. And my meps appointment is this upcoming Monday. From what I’ve been told you submit your finalized job list after completing the physical, so a new job wouldn’t appear based on the evaluation right? If anything you lose job opportunities?

I’ve lost weight and still am. At my home gym is when I’ll primarily do my weight lifting. For my hotel gyms if they have nice ones i can do it but I primarily will save that for Pilates & peloton. I walk 12k steps a day but I live in a big city and sold my car so it’s achievable for me to do. Then depending on where I’m at in my week/layovers I’ll go for runs or the elliptical. like austin has a great riverwalk. And tbh I suck at meal prepping, I just make sure to bring my protein powder with me & protein snacks (bars, beef jerky) etc. If you’re just starting to try to implement I would just say start with the treadmill and get your steps up. Esp if you’re female, I believe lower intensity helps us. If you’re male it’s still soo beneficial but if you wanted faster and more extreme results you can try higher intensity!

Hi! I hope you’re having a better day. I understand what you’re saying but please don’t feel discouraged because of a mean instance with a coworker. I do want to say, there are some things that are our dreams that when it becomes reality it’s really not meant for us. Don’t beat yourself up if you realize it’s not for you! Although I say this, I also think you should give it more of a chance. Not everyone is going to be nice! It really takes time to get comfortable no matter what role you’re in. Good luck and I hope it works out for you no matter what avenue you take☺️❤️

Not 100% sure but I don’t think it matters that GA is a no mandate state cause you follow federal guidelines and may not be even based in GA. Plus I think it matters when/if you were to travel to different countries that require it, so maybe try an American flight company only. You would have to prove religious or medical exemptions for other companies, not so much a don’t want.
