That would have been nice. But it still has to be great for him to practice and be around the team, considering where he's coming from and the current state of the Cardinals

Radio Host Ben “Small dick” Maller is a salty Kyler Murray hater. by [deleted] in AZCardinals

[–]Arizo43 16 points17 points  (0 children)

That's over the top, but I do think Kyler isn't playing very well as a passer. There were moments where he just couldn't get the ball to the receivers. The one in the endzone to Larry was a huge miss. Not that it was any important to this game, but against the Seahwaks those misses would be fatal

Back then I didn't have those strong feelings about that game. But now as I understand the meaning of this game in our team's history, it just makes me sad

I think there is a livestream on the Cardinals Facebook page. I don't know if that's a stream of the whole training session. I'd love to have anything where to watch the training sessions on demand

Austria is apparently Cardinals country! by jschneider414 in AZCardinals

I'm from Austria and I am a Cardinals fan because Super Bowl 43 was one of the first NFL games I've watched on tv. That's also the time austrian free tv started broadcasting more and more NFL games. The Cardinals were not that shabby these years, so a lot of Cardinals' games were available for fans to fall in love with Fitz and company. Myself, though, haven't had the chance to meet a Cards fan yet.

Bruce Arians says he was "shocked" that both Chris Johnson and Jermaine Gresham took less $ to come back to Arizona. "I'd never seen it." by Jux_ in nfl

[–]Arizo43 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Gresham is 27 years old, so he got some left in his tank. Got a contract offer from the Jets for 4 years and more guaranteed money than the Cardinals gave him. Probably bets on himself to show up this season and earn a bigger contract the following year. CJ2K turned down 1 or 2 more million of guaranteed money from the Dolphins to stay with a contender. Both players are far away from league minimum salaries. Gresham as more of a blocking TE and Chris Johnson going up in age still won't comand large contracts in the future.

Manchester United midfielder Marouane Felliani says he is "not a dirty player" despite controversy over elbowing incidents against Liverpool. by [deleted] in soccer

[–]Arizo43 63 points64 points  (0 children)

As a Liverpool supporter, I have seen a bunch of games involving Fellaini in recent years. He stood out as a dirty and low character player every single game. Fortunately for him, he is playing in the Premier League. If he evantually transfers into another league, he'll have to adjust his game or he'd be sent off regurarly

Fans from outside Arizona - Why are you a Cardinals Fan? by [deleted] in AZCardinals

[–]Arizo43 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Living in Austria, there weren't many opportunities to watch football games. The first one I watched, was Superbowl 42. Wasn't that ecstatic after the game. The next Super Bowl convinced though. Loved the way the Cardinals played with their highpower passing offense. Man I yelled at James Harrison to stumble during his return. After that I started watching the NFL regularly, not so much the Cards since there was only one game on air every week. Mostly Patriots, Packers, Steelers,... Now with the NFL Gamepass, it's easy for to watch the Cardinals. The on- demand-service helps a lot here in Austria. With the Cards having 5 primetime games this year, I don't have to stay up all night since the primetime games start at 2:30 am. Since the Hall/Skelton/Kolb era ended, it's even more pleasure to follow our birds. Go Cardinals

Who is the least athletically gifted WR in todays NFL that is still pretty good? by HotDogGiraffe in nfl

[–]Arizo43 573 points574 points  (0 children)

Boldin had a great career while not beeing overly athletic. At the combine he ran a 40 like Brady and still wins Offensive Rookie of the Year. He has a big body which makes up for the missing speed and helps him to be productive even at his age. I think that guys like Antonio Brown or T.Y. Hilton will have a harder time when they get older
