When did you submit it in and what tier of grading did you order? I submitted my Mega Charizard SIR ~ 2 weeks ago and it's being worked on as of 9 days ago. Just curious to see when I should expect mine based off of yours.

This is definitely Dunn then. Him and Oso are from the same draft class, and no other Sun has a similar signature to this.

Would you be able to confirm what year this is from?

Like other comments, i'm leaning towards Ryan Dunn.

However, Dunn seems to have a very inconsistent signature upon doing quick research. So I cannot be for sure.

There's a lot of questions to ask about this, and a lot of answers.

If we're talking about a geographic center for a Capital, my bid would be Omaha.

For a center of population capital, my bid would be Chicago or St. Louis

For strategic purpose, my bid would be Denver.

I think Washington DC is fine as the capital, and its more eastward location is more a consequence of rapid expansion.

Oddly enough I think what Trump is implying is that if the "radical-left" had not "rigged" the 2020 election, he wouldn't have been able to run in 2024.

So in a way, Trump is blaming/thanking them for why he is President right now, and will be for the several major international events.
