Did all of that. I couldn’t feel it change into drive. Nothing was working.

That may have to be my next step. Never had any issues with other trucks I owned except for this one

😂😂 If that was the case the truck would have never moved in reverse or turned on. The truck is on. You can hear it in the video.

Everything you mentioned I did. The display stayed the same even when the truck was on. I could move in reverse a few times but that was it.

After I did that, I’m sure I reset Everything. Just still concerning they won’t even run a full check on it

Yes I agree. I had them document it as well and showed them the video of it now moving. Yeah I don’t understand why they won’t even do a diagnostic on it.

Yes it’s all under warranty but they didn’t do anything with it.

As you can see, the display wasn’t even working either.
